Funding your shielded Account with Assets
To make any transaction through your shielded wallet, you first need to top it up with assets. If your wallet is empty, you will be prompted to add funds to your shielded wallet.
To fund a shielded account, users can transfer assets from their public wallet or from another shielded account into their shielded account.
If a user funds the shielded account from their public wallet, the deposit will appear on-chain as a transfer from their account to the Veilnyx privacy pool contract. Another option is to fund the shielded account from an existing shielded account by using the send functionality within the Veilnyx app.
Steps:
Click the deposit button in the interface and enter the token amount for the selected asset.
No assets in shielded account
Optionally, enter the recipient’s address if you are funding on behalf of someone else, or enable self-deposit to add the funds to your own shielded account.
Self-deposit from the public wallet
Click Deposit and approve the transaction.
